Unable to Access The Sea of Clouds

Hello,

I'm currently experiencing an issue where any time I try to log into my character Fufumi Fumi, my game crashes at loading screen. I received the quest to go to Sea of Clouds. I got the experience points bonus of discovering a new area. Then, when I got to the loading screen to get into the zone, the game crashed.

I am able to log onto my other characters and run around the game just fine. I put in my activation key for the Heavensward expansion in mog station and have it fully downloaded.

I'd really like to continue playing on my main character, so any help would be mightily appreciated.
