HW registration code doesnt work, region code

Hello, I have bought HW for the downloadable version on my pc (not steam) but i got the wrong activation key, the NA instead of EU so i can't activate it trough moogle station. Here's the error: The code's region is inapplicable.
You can only enter codes from the same region as your Square Enix account.

Is it possible to have an EU code instead of NA? Thank you.

Go to https://store.na.square-enix.com/account and delete your order, the refund should take few days.
Now go and buy the EU one but before that make sure ur ARR is EU as well.
