Heal/Tank LF Serious-Hardcore/Elite raid progression focused group

I seek a high, goal & achievement oriented raid group that goes in the evenings/nights. Members should be within the top 5-10% range of the population as far as capability and skill. Must be efficient and have all members able to communicate effectively strictly on the fight at hand.

I am a lv 60 Astrologist currently.
-Will be lvling DK to 60 before Alexander is unlocked
-Played healer/tank for 10+ years of raiding and MMO gameplay
-Willing to play any role and most classes
-Very serious & focused towards raiding/progression
-Analytical, Strategical, and have the ability to help lead/strategize
-Highly organized and drive for perfection
-Will be power leveling crafters/gatherers as well
-Very fast at learning, I do not need much practice, most concepts are shadowed from another or have been used somewhere.

Again, emphasis on the serious high-end aspect, I aim for the 110% mark so I need people that have a similar mindset.
