Anyone else having log in issues? (General log in)

This is not towards any particular server, but log in to the client.
I have had to change my password twice in the past two days. I'm entering my password correctly and there is no issue with my one time keys. Yet for some reason, it's telling my my password is invalid.
I'm a PS4 player. Have not changed internet service or address. The only that's changed is Heavensward.
I've refreshed the one time key each time, made sure my caps wasn't on, and even used a different keyboard. Both yesterday and today I've had to reset my password because I've locked myself out putting in the correct info.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
