Steps:
1. Starts attacking an enemy normally in Wanderer's Minuet.
2. After a some certain Bloodletter / Rain of Death usage, actions get stuck being unable to perform any further actions.
3. This stays until either the Bloodletter / Rain of Death recast time is up or it is reset due to the BRD trait from the DoT ticks. Essentially a potential 15 seconds damage loss.
4. No way to counter this issue other than waiting for the recast time of the above mentioned 2 skills to be up.

Hi there,

I'm pretty sure most bards in the game by now have been experiencing this weird bug when you execute a Bloodletter / Rain of Death reset and all of a sudden you are unable to perform any further actions until the Bloodletter / Rain of Death cooldown is up (either reset or waiting a whole 15 seconds). I hope this problem is fixed ASAP as I have been encountering this issue multiple times (in dungeons and even open world) and it is really a big damage loss if there were to be raid content in the next 2 weeks.

It has been happening since the first day of Early Access.

Thank you for this! I thought it was something wrong with my gamepad how commands stopped working randomly. It never occurred to me it was because of a glitch in using Bloodletter or Rain of Death. I could move but trying to execute another command when playing as Bard (My primary job.) it wouldn't respond. You saved me from having to go out and buy a new controller.

This topic is going to get ignored and moved to the "Insufficient Information" board because it doesn't follow the required template
