Hi, my friend didn't paid since january and can't log in with the return campaign, am i missing something from the message? thank you.

Did he renew his sub? It not a free login campaign, they just giving some free stuff to returning players to help them catch up.

well thats the problem, i was sure it was a free login, thank you, they should give those item to current player trying to catch up the main quest.
