When doing the old dungeons in ARR, I do not receive an experience points from enemies/monsters/mobs. If it is while using the high level roulette I do receive exp at the end. I am not completely sure if this was intended but I hadn't unlocked the first dungeon in heavensward yet and figured I could do some of the old dungeons to level.
