Steps: When I had a preformed party and we queued for the dungeon no instance was reserved so I tried the duty finder and still the same thing happened. A party was formed and yet no instance was reserved. I've only experienced this with Sohm Al. Unsure if this counts as a bug or if the servers are simply overloaded but it is something to be aware of.

From what I could tell, they're limited on instances. With Sohm Al being the first story dungeon, I wouldn't be surprised that there aren't any open for even a fully preformed party to enter.

I've had it on guildleves too. I think the instance servers can only run X amount of instances combined so if there's non available, there's non available. I waited 3 minutes with a full party to get into a guildhest that too less time to complete! =(
