Main Quest Crucial Item Missing - Escape from Castrum Centri

Hello everyone,

I am trying to complete lvl 46 main story quest ‘Escape from Castrum Centri’ when I noticed I was missing the “Imperial Pot Helm” needed to complete the quest. The pot helm as well as imperial robe are recieved on the level 45 quest 'Dressed for Conquest’.

I received the robe, however I do not have the pot helm. I checked my helmet inventory and it was completeley full - possibly a reason I didn’t receive it, I’m not sure.

The thing is that I have checked online and found that you can go talk to Glaumunt in Revenant’s Toll to receive it again. However he won’t give it to me!!!!!

I don’t know what to do. I definitley did not sell or discard the item, I believe I just never received it. Currently I am unable to progress the main story ;(

If there is anyway to help me I would be most grateful. My server is Adamantoise, my character name is Airyk.

Did you check in your inventory? If your armory area is full the item should drop into your inventory.

i have the same problem but kinda different because i have imperial short robe but dont have imperial pot helm even my inventory for hat isnt full so dunno how to get that hat back , need help please?

I think they're buyable on the market board, if someone sells one.
