Painflare cannot be macroed

Steps:
Painflare does not work in a macro. I made sure to get the correct spelling by dragging the skill into my macro frame and the macro still does not work.

/micon "Painflare" displays a blank macro.
/ac "Painflare"
/ac "Painflare" <t> does not work, no ability is cast, and no error message displays.

Painflare by itself casts correctly.

I also tried alternate spellings like "Pain Flare" and that did not work either.

I made sure to have the Aetherflow required to cast it, however the skill is not casting.

The full macro I used was :

/micon "Painflare"
/ac "Enkindle"
/ac "Painflare" <t>

I've been having the exact same issue on Adamantoise.
