Ok thought this was resolved but it isn't. Mogstation says my account isn't registered for Heavensward but it is, I've been playing it for days now. I got the pre order items but not the collector's edition but I have the email saying that I got the collector's edition. I have no emails for codes for the mount, minion and fantasia, neither of the codes I have work on mogstation for it. Steam version btw.

I'm having the same issue. I bought the digital collectors addition and my received my preorder codes without any issue. The problem is I have yet to receive my digital collectors items. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh wait you're on steam. My issues are on PS4. Still, I went to mog station and I wasn't marked for heavensward, nor the collector's edition. Yet I've been playing in early access. But early access is to end on the 27th, so what will happen if the issue isn't fixed by then?

No need to fret, if you purchased the collections edition, you'll be sent another code (might already have it, i got mine a couple hours ago.) which you then had to enter again on the mogstation, that code is your heavensward registration code, once you redeem that you'll get your collections edition items. When the code is sent might depend on your time zone, so just give it time.
