How do I register a boxed copy on mog station.

So my boxed copy of ffxiv heavensward came in the post for ps4 but there's no code to redeem it on the mog station only the one that you use on the members page for general SE stuff (yes I have redeemed this) but mog station still says I only own the early access pass and don't have a sub for heavensward. How on earth do I tell mog station I actually own the game, booting the disk just gives me an error message saying the content is already on the ps4.

Never mind the code is on the install guide which was stuck perfectly to the back of the SE member leaflet, I only noticed when the back of the SE leaflet was telling me how to boot up games on the ps4...
