Here's a few I thought about but feel free to come up with more ideas!
*Crystarium
*Sync
*Synergy
*Harmonic Bond

I think Spirit Bond is fine... Not the greatest name ever but there's much worse. I think they used "Attachment Rate" in some discussions, that one sounds less fancy but it suits perfectly fine.

Aether bond/bound

Goes well with the Aetherial crystals no?

Just for your info, the current french name is "symbiosis" (biology term used for a relation between living organisms, which doesn't really makes sense for this system imo).

Personally, I like the name Synergy.

I like Gear Intimity or Intimity Rate

"Synergy" sounds okay to me.

Or how about "covalence"?

Ghost Adhesive! Ok, maybe not >.> Given the distinct love of archaisms by the localization team, I vote for "Investiture" as it fits the bill of what's happening and is so old a term that it stands out.

I believe Yoshida's post was specifically for the JP side in regards to the name.

Anyway, Spirit Bond is fine.
