Steps:

1. Under the main quest "when Cold Sets In", I choose the Astrum Helm as a reward. (Naturally, this item goes straight to armor inventory right away.)

2. Continued doing other main story quest afterwards until I completed all the pieces of the Astrum Set.

3. When I began to equip the new Astrum Set, everything else is there except the Astrum Helm which is now missing.

4. At first, I thought there is still another quest to do get the helm, but I realized that I already did that earlier.

5. Searched everywhere for it in-game but couldn't be found. Kindly provide assistance in anyway to retrieve back the item. Thank you
