Why Tonberry for this region?

Majority of Tonberry server has a English speaking presence, despite being located within a Japan based data center, players from Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines and players from North America and Europe living abroad in Asia.

Why play on a Japan server when i can play on the NA/EU servers located in Montreal, Canada?

High ping/latency is a definite disadvantage while playing FFXIV. I myself used to play on the NA/EU data center, of course i started playing this game when i was still living in North America, but now im living abroad in Asia and noticed the huge disadvantages while playing on a NA/EU server. Before my ping was 295, after transferring to Tonberry its under 100 and the game feels and plays like its meant to be.


ill hook you up with a recruit a friend code via mogstation email delivery. Once that business is squared away ill hook you up with "to the front of the line" dungeon ques, where i que with you as a tank or healer (or dps if need be) to put you at the front of the que for quick Main Story Quest progression and when you get to level 50 ill craft a full set of ilevel 115 armor, accessories and weapon so you can speed your way through Main Scenario Quests without having to grind for gear.

I'll admit i'm in it for the recruiter's incentives, however growing up I've been exposed to a lot of "you scratch my back, ill scratch yours" kind of events and relationships so this is how i'll give back to you and become friends in the process. :E
