Could we view workshop project progress remotely?

My FC has been having a lot of fun with our workshop, but when we try to build something new, we look at the materials, run for the market boards/retainer bells...but if we forget what we need to get, we need to go all the way back to the workshop to look at the list of items & the progress.
Even worse is when somebody starts gathering materials that were already deposited because they couldn't find the time to run back and check to see if anyone else has worked on our projects.
Would it be possible to have an option like...:
Social > Housing > View workshop project progress?
Obviously you'd still have to build at the house, but it would be really handy.
Even better than that would be a toggleable notification telling you that someone's been working on the ship, but that's asking for a lot.
