Yes, usually if there's a bug fix a post will be made here on the forum after it's implemented. It should be noted though that not every change or bug they fix is mentioned - usually ones that are exploits or oversights that players can abuse for their own gain will usually be quietly changed or fixed and not mentioned, but usually this is actually quite rare. SE are usually very transparent in their bug fixing and what is changed in hotfixes.
