2002 error, game crashed

Made certain to log on at 2 pm and after viewing a cutscene multiple hours later, my client crashed. Have been trying to get in for an hour now. This is utterly ridiculous. I came back from a break and was excited for this game, had to work over the weekend so I couldn't play, and when I do get a chance to and I'm enjoying myself, my game crashes and I'm blocked from coming back. I understand that Gilgamesh is on my data center server, but really, this is getting utterly out of hand. We pay for a service, we should be able to use it. There should have been additional data servers added before heavensward dropped just for this reason. I'm so angry and sad right now, I just want to play with my raid group again. :/
