Steps:

Currently I am trying to get the main scenario quest called "The Price of Principles"
and it is not triggering from Minfilia. I have tried everything from
reinstalling to checking all of my pre-reqs. The only information on the internet
was that I needed to have finished "The Ultimated Weapon" quest which I have.
In order to progress to Ishgarde and Heavensward, I need to get this quest but
I am disappointed that the GM stated he cannot help me with this matter and
that I paid early access just to have this bug hold me back.

I suspect this is a bug because I have transferred my character several times and
I have not logged on through two patches and I feel this might have something
to do with the quest not triggering for me.
