Please HELP! Main Story Quest wall

Anyone has a solution to the problem below? I submitted it to the bugs forum but it was moved to "Insufficient Information"

"In a Titan Spot" quest unavailable, causes Main Story Quest wall

I am unable to start the Main Story Quest "Good Intentions" at Minifilia because I must complete the dungeon "The Navel (Hard)" first. But...

I am unable to get attuned for The Navel (Hard) because I never started the quest "In a Titan Spot" back when the Scions were located in the Waking Sands. I completed the pre-requisite quest "In for Garuda Awakening" with Papalymo back then but I failed to notice the new quest "In a Titan Spot" from Yshtola.

Yshtola is now sitting in the Scions headquarters in Mor Dhana, and she is not giving out the quest "In a Titan Spot".

Have you tried going back to the Waking Sands? The NPCs should still be there. For example, Urianger always hangs out there even though everyone else moved.

This happened to me too. The advice below from Blanchimont helped.
