Heavensward launch - about the codes, pre-order items, etc

It's a simple question! When can we expect during the day for the codes to be sent (for those who bought the digital version via SE store)?

And when are the pre-order items being sent? I don't imagine it will happen right after midnight - and I am not demanding that it does either! I'd just like to know at which point should I begin to grow weary if said code or items haven't been delivered yet.


I apologize if this has been answered somewhere, but I didn't find these specific details anywhere. Speculation is totally welcome!

Yeah bit confused here.

Says my wife's order of the bundle, the main game is available on 6/23/15. BUT, then above it says to come back AFTER 6/23/15 to get the code. Huh? Which is it?
