Hi,
Today I reached level 56 on the Bard and feel a little confused in relation to the rotation now.
Should I be using Empyreal Arrow before the two dots? It does a potency of 240. Also Iron Jaws resets the timer on both Venomous Bite and Windbite? I take it Iron Jaws should be used as both dots are about to drop off?
Would anyone be able to offer me some advice please?

I'm only level 56 at the moment, so this may change when I hit 60 and get Sidewinder, but probably not by much.
For Iron Jaws, you want to use it when the first DoT you placed (Probably Windbite) is close to dropping off (Shortly before IR does, for max Proc chance) then anytime they're about to drop off since then, preferably timed for when IR is up.
As for Empyreal Arrow, I've been playing with weaving it between Blood for Blood and Internal Release in the opener, then whenever there isn't a Bloodletter or Straighter Shot proc afterwards, combining it with Barrage whenever I can.
For the opener, follow the one in this link, except between B4B and IR, use Heavy Shot -> Barrage -> Empyreal Arrow. The main reason for sticking it there is that Barrage doesn't benefit from the Crit chance that IR grants, the Heavy Shot is there to avoid wasting a GCD

Lol what? Using those 2 skills not on full buff is terribly wasted. You need to see your EA hits close to 2k a shot + SW crits for 4.4k upwards
