R50 Bow?

Hi all,

just wondering, why do people seek Crab Bow +3 when the Ul'dahn Longbow seems a lot better in term of stats?

Is there something known in terms of the "hidden stats"?

Each +1 offers about a 5% increase in stats—it just doesn't show it in the weapon description.

+3 = +15 % stats

Um, I don't know this.

Verdant:
Acc 182
Atk 128
Crit 121
Delay 3.5

Crab Bow +3:
Acc 191
Atk 146
Crit 134
Delay 4.0

Normalizing for the difference in delay, atk is exactly the same, but the crab bow +3 has better acc and a higher crit rate as well.

I have the Verdant Bow and the delay on the bow is faster then 3.5 it's more like 2.0 or 1.5. U can shoot 2 to 3 more arrows then a crab bow so u can do more damage with verdant then crab bow

Verdant is crap unless all you're doing is spamming Light Shot (farming maybe). But for any other situation you won't be spamming Light Shot every 3.5 seconds or 4 in the case of a crab bow. Still, I sold my +3 Crab Bows at rock bottom prices recently just to get rid of them before they become worthless.
