Just got back to playing today and after fighting my way onto the server I started my way through story quests. Everything was going well until I hit shiva HM, where I've been stuck perpetually loading for what seems like an eternity. Is this another congestion problem? :confused:
Old bug, people had problems loading Shiva and turn 8 when they came out, and the problem was never fixed. You just have to restart the game.
It seems to be client side, as it is usually the same people getting stuck in loading.
This happens usually if you are on an AMD card. Turn on LOD and LOD streaming in the graphics settings and you will not encounter this problem again
