Steps:

I was doing the Mainscenario quest for 3.0 and decided i would go ahead and accept that MS quest after i went out to the new areas and collected the Aether Currents so i teleported out of the Command Room to the Coerthas Western Highlands and started collecting the Aether Currents. Wishing to continue with the MS, to trigger quests to recieve the missing Aether Currents, i later returned to Zanthael only to find out that he wont let me enter the Command Room again thus making it impossible to continue with the MS Storyline because i cant get in to accept the quest.
