They deserve it. Just standing there all day, doing nothing, taking up space.. They need an LB3 to the face.
But on a serious note... Being able to solo, and automatically LB3 (or 2 or 1) a training dummy, at least in housing districts, would be awesome. If for no other reason than so we can see our unique LB3 (done by our character. Yes, I'm aware youtube exists).
Plus, you know you want to walk down the street, seeing Meteors falling on everyone's houses.
