Why do errors shut down entire game?

You'd think a server error would just kick you back to the start screen. Having to relaunch and log in 20+ times this weekend is ridiculous. If we'd just be kicked back to start screen it'd help a lot to alleviate at least some of the frustration.

I can now type in my log in password in under 1 second....

I would be much less frustrated if i didn't have to type in my password and the token password every freaking time. Playing on Ps4 without a keyboard currently. Very annoying.
