Main Character appears to be missing?

I'm on PS3 and after downloading Heavensward, my main character doesn't appear to be a character on my account. I can still look him up in lodestone and it says he still exists, but it's like I don't have any option to select him. The only character I can select is a low level account that I never really played on?

Obviously I've spent lots of time playing my main character so any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I had the same problem but I reset the settings from the launcher and it straightened out the missing characters. I had been missing my main and two others since the expansion went live.

How do I reset my launcher??

not sure on a PS3.
