I've searched, but can't find an answer for this.
I'm still playing on the 30 days that came with the ARR game. My daughter recruited me from her account.
If I pay for 90 days all at once, will she immediately receive the mount from the RAF program, or will it not be awarded until I've actually been subbed for 90 days?

Once you perchase the time(90 days) the account will get the item (s) after the time has has been added to your account. You don't have to wait 90 days just as long as you payed the required amount of time said item(s) needed you'll get them right then.

Just a side note, after the initial 90 days it is best to switch to a 60 day resub if you are interested in the bonus items. This meshes better with their pay out break points, and allows you to apply time cards at teh 60 days left so you can bump your time up if there is something coming up that you really want now. It only allows you to go to 120 days subbed.
