Triple Triad icons gone?

So what happened to the Triple Triad icons above npcs heads they are not showing for me anymore.

Did they get rid of them or is there something I am missing?

1 of these 2 possibility:
- After you beat the NPC, the icon above their head will dissappear.
- Eorzea time gated triad NPC (if you havent beat them).

I've seen the icon on Wawalago so they are still there.
