Unlocking the fractal continuum

I see the entry quest for it is Do it fr Gilly

Where exactly do I pick this quest up?

edit:Never figured it out. South of AST guild if anyone was curious.

Did you found the Quest "Do it for guilty"? Need it too. :(

Nah what do you need it for?

"Do It for Gilly" NPC name is "Notrelchamps" Pos 14x 12y The Pillars

This is bugged for me I have finished the main story and done all available side quests in every zone the only quests left in my quest log are for the 3 new jobs. I went to both NPC locations for the 60 dungeons and none have the ! over them for quests.

Am in the same boat. SOme members have unlocked it. I cant see it. I have unlock everything but nothing.

I'm missing the exact same quests for The Lost City of Amdapor (Hard) and The Fractal Continuum and I've completed HW MSQ.
