Steps:
1. Cast Lustrate on self or party member without any healing modifications.
2. Cast again with healing reductions such as Malady or Cleric stance.
2b. Observe that reductions are working as intended
3. Cast Lustrate on self or party member with healing increases such as Fey Illumination or on a warrior with Defiance or anyone with Convalescence.
3b. Observe that healing increases do not affect Lustrate, even though it functions off potency now.
