DirectX 11 problem

Since I change the client setting to use DirectX 11, I got a lot of black screen whenever I enter a chat in the midst of battle. Please help to take a look at this problem since several of my in-game friend also report the same problem.

I'm using AMD Radeon 7970 graphic card BTW.

I am also experiencing this at random times and it was only after Heavensward released. It seems random and unrelated to the chat client though.

What is Radeon 9790?

I'm getting random wierd black boxes too. it usually seems to happen when looking at a light source like a lamp or campfire

Sorry, I mean Radeon 7970, not 9790. I'm still getting random blackout(not boxes, but the whole screen turn black) at random interval. Hopefully the dev will solve this soon, because I can't play on DirectX11 client this way ><

Same issue like you guys dx11 black screen game crash low fps on all games i have AMD Radeon R9 380 card so
