Way to survive the meteor phase in "The Chrystalis"

Party or Solo: Party (8 man party, bug happened when 1 member left mid fight and a new member arrived mid fight)

Steps:
1) We proceed the battle as normal until we hid the 20% hp mark on Nabriales which start the meteor phase.
2) During the meteor phase people got killed and 1 person left the party.
3) Our party leader accepted to find a new replacement for the person who left.
4) Just before the big meteor hit the ground we got a replacement (summoner) for the party member who left
5) As the big meteor hit the ground (which normally wipes the entire party) our replacement member didn't got hit as he was still invulnerable. He thus survived this attack.

We assumed the game would reset the battle as the meteor had hit the ground, but instead the fight continued. Because the big meteor had hit the ground there where no more small meteors falling, so our replacement summoner had all the time to resurrect the party before we killed the Aetherial Tear to resume the fight.
