[dev1026] Customizing keyboard controls for better targeting of PCs, NPCs, and Enemy

I would like to see more options for changing the keyboard configuration, most importantly the option to change the following locked keys: Shift+Tab (as a single keystroke), Enter, and Escape.

I am a keyboard only player in both Final Fantasy XIV and Final Fantasy XI. The option to change keys is available in FFXI's compact keyboard mode. I personally would like to use the number pad for movement and the letter keys for camera, left and right targeting, confirming, and canceling in FFXIV.

Currently there is no option for keyboard only players to change the keys for "Left Tab", Enter, or Escape. This forces keyboard only players to use third-party programs to edit key mapping. SE condemns the use of such programs yet does not provide the option to make such changes in-game. I am asking for the option to change these locked keys through the configuration menu in-game.

I strongly agree with this.

Also, I would allow mapping to ALT+Key, SHIFT+Key, and CTRL+Key, that at the moment, for some mysterious reason, seem to be unavailable.
