Do both the CE items and preorder items come the 23rd? I only heard preorder stuff.

I heard that the bonus in-game items for preordering will be received on launch day. Does the same apply to the CE edition bonus in-game items? Been so long since ARR launch that I don't remember.

Can anyone confirm if the items will be received on the 23rd? I am currently in waiting on chat support. An hour plus wait. :( I'll post response when received.

Pretty sure you shouldve gotten an email stating that you'd get your items on the 23rd at launch.

In the mail you got your code from: "Once you register your early access code, the in-game items will be delivered via in-game Mog Letter from Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. (GMT)."

Only email i received was confirmation from PSN that i purchased collectors edition. I spoke with PSN they said i had to contact Square. I tried chat service waited an hour and a half to speak with someone. When It was my turn it said no one was available to help me and to leave an email. Completely unexceptionable. I could have left an email to begin with and not had to wait an hour and a half. Its only 3:00PM PST and they are supposed to be available until i believe 6 or 8 PST this weekend.

If you bought the Digital PSN copy, then you do not need a code for early access as this is already included in the product itself
All you need to do is buy it, download it and install it
That is what I have done and am now in game (minus 6x Alts, buts that's another issue)
The Pre-Order Items and CE Items will be available to all on the 23rd June (actual launch day).

Would also like to point out that SE Chat support is Monday through Friday only unless they started special hours that are listed no where I am able to find. But also yes all bonus items both pre order and ce are to be delivered by in game mail on the 23rd.

I'm already in early access, though that part was probably for anyone curious about that. I downloaded digital version and I know I don't need codes for anything. I was just curious about whether CE items were suppse to come already or launch. Your last line definitely answered my question. Thank you. ^_^
