Preorder items for heavensward sent to wrong character?

Hi all, I hope this is the right place for this, but I preordered Heavensward for the PS4 on the PSN and when I registered it, it sent all my items to a lvl 1 character I never use. It gave me 0 option to change this, and when I looked it up online, supposedly all of my characters are supposed to get the preorder items (specifically the griffon which I really wanted) anyway. However, only that one has gotten it and not my lvl 50??
They are both on the same world, and I only have one service account, so I'm really not sure what's going on and I can't get in touch with anyone to help. Any ideas?

I preordered for windows and have not seen any items period on my character the few times i've been able to log in, but that may be because its Aether and reasons, but yeah good question!

Items are coming in on the 23rd I think, during the real launch

You aren't supposed to receive your preorder or CE rewards until the 23rd. So likely, you'll get them then, like everyone else. It's actually pretty strange your level one has them, rather than that your main doesn't.

I am surprised considering that pre-order items are NOT supposed to be able to be obtained until tuesday. I would page a GM about it, maybe they can fix it or maybe it is only on one character because of a bug? Are there any stats or exp increases on the baron items or cecils dark knight helmet?

The glitch is that any of your characters got it, not that only one got it ;-P
