Aetheryte Teleporting within Ishgard. (Maps)

These are just some quick maps I made to remind myself of the Aetheryte's name and location within Ishgard. To me it was helpful on the first day since I don't remember which Aetheryte teleport to where. Sure you can zoomed in the in-game maps to get a general idea of the location but that's time consuming.

In addition, maybe the Dev team can implement map markers in the future updates. :)

Yeah they really need to give them better names.

I didn't have any issues cause I knew what areas the aetherites would take me upon the quests in the area. Plus game just came out, we are still learning.

It is kinda interesting that back in the beta, the three city states had aetheryte point names that were the actual names on the mape (like, "Stillglade Fane" and "The Bismarck" and such) mixed with some actual direct destinations (can't recall an exact one, but for example it would've been "Marauder's Guild"). Then in the final version, it's all full direct guild names and the like ("Alchemists Guild", etc). Now HW is out, and once again it's a mix of direct, usable, and some more obscure aetheryte names - take that Last Vigil one in The Pillars, for example: halfway from The Last Vigil (as per marked on the map) as well as fromt The Architects, while at the same being dead center between the Haillenarte manor and the Fortemps manor........ consistency is not really the mapmakers' forte, apparently?

On one hand i really like referring to the areas by their actual names instead of their in-game purpose. It adds a sense of immersion to the city that you're in.

On the other hand, it's pretty annoying to try to use the network and just get a glossary of WTF when you just want to not walk somewhere.

It's only an issue for the first day or two of entering a city, so i have no issue with it.

I know that we're still learning and I not complaining about it. For me it was just easier the first hour of 3.0 to know which one ported to where that's all. And I think it would help if we have some kind of map marker feature. 3.0 zones are HUGE :)

Lol true but I guess we'll just have to adapted. The first hour was like teleport roulette.
