I got the scrolls for the level 53 mining quest reward. After using one, I disconnected shortly after, and when I logged back in, the buff was gone.
An FC member also claims to have lost his buff when he changed classes.
The scrolls that do the same thing that you buy from the Grand Company quartermaster, you don't lose the buff under either circumstance. Is there a way I could get another scroll? That is a huge buff of exp that was wasted minutes after using it.
