Allow one time FREE server transfer

Lately I've been recruiting my friends to FFXIV and it's getting very frustrating for them to have to wait several hours to get on Famfrit. This is the third time now in the last few weeks that we've had to do this. It would be nice if they could play on another server temporarily and then transfer to Famfrit in order to play with us. The fact that it costs $25 to transfer servers when Famfrit registration is open turns many people away. It saddens me that people overlook such a great game due to some inconveniences caused by this.

Nobody likes to play alone, and having server registration locks causes this issue, Nobody likes starting a character and having to start over again either. :/

I'm surprised they don't give incentives to players to in high-traffic servers to move to less populated ones.

I second this thought.

It would be cool if they let you pick a designated server upon the creation screen when having to pick a server that is not full so as soon as that server opens up your character gets transferred over.

I have no chance to get into Gilgamesh. Literally full 24/7

I support this. You need to make this into a petition type post with everyones 'signatures' in the first post so it can get some traction and make it clear to SE that we need SOMETHING to help us get in game.
