Can't buy/find Heavensward preorder PS3 in PSN , i live in Russia , we use i think same PSN as Europe ppl's . Was EA purchase at all added ? if so where i can find it , cause it defenately not in PSN at least ours .

From SE support: Heavensward will NOT be available in Russian PSN. Not Early Access, not final release.
