Undersized Party Bugged With Light Party

Area and coordinates: Brayflox Longstop (Normal)
Steps:
1. Form a party (for this, we used a MNK50/MNK50/DRG50/BRD52)
2. Enable Undersized Party
3. Enter Brayflox Longstop
4. Level sync not in place.
5. Do place as normal.
6. Enter Brayflox Longstop (after reconfirming Undersized Party is enabled)
7. Level sync is now in place.

Additional Notes:

- Going in with the same composition again seem to still enable level sync.
- Going in solo and separate disables level sync while undersized party is on.
- Grouping back up after the fact reenables level sync.
