Revise reporting interface

Reporting RMT activity is too long of a process. One has to cease play, click through several menu options then fill out a long form. Many users end up just using blacklist or busy status only.
This process also inhibits GMs' ability to enforce rules, even when they react swiftly. This lead to the common belief that SE is doing nothing about RMT activity.

A better solution:
There needs to be a quick report system from within the text box area. If one receives a /tell with an RMT ad (or other harassment), they can just click the name, then report user, then choose RMT Activity (other options will be listed for other harassment types). Then click submit.
This will automatically record the message received, its time-stamp, the name of the character it is from (and any other pertinent information) and all will be made ready for a GM to review. Then the GM can read this report and have everything needed for actionable enforcement.

This method I proposed will make the reporting process much quicker and smoother for the players and GMs. It will encourage more players to report bad conduct and GMs will be able to conduct enforcement without having to dig through logs.
