Name changes on two different characters.

I'm about to buy a name change and I spotted this little bit on the terms; ・Less than one day has passed since last using the Character Renaming Service.

Does that mean account wide or just for that character? I'm being super careful this time since a mistake due to the Mogstation being screw already cost me twenty dollars today I want to be triple sure not to make any more screw ups since Square is very harsh when it comes to refunds or changes to a product after the purchase.
