"Unable to update patch files"

I have a problem which is after I login game "checking Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Updater/ Launcher version" message I get this message "Unable to update patch files [20023] [11005] [20629]"
been like this since yesterday

I deleted the whole game with it updates twice still nothing

I have the same issues exactly I bought (ffxiv heaven sward ce-early access ) from Europe psn store I install the patch files 100% 2 times even I format my ps4 and delete my ffxiv realm reborn and reinstall whole things but still get same errors which is after I login game checking ffxiv arr updater/launcher version I still get this massage

yep,the exact same story as mine I even use EU store too

really wish someone figure a solution for this issue

Dont use the crappy modem supplied by your ISP. I bridged the Westell modem and hooked up my linksys. It's working like a charm. I will continue to update if it keeps working or failing"

Got it working
Solution: change connection and let the launcher update then you can return to your old connection

I used another ISP and updated the launcher, then I returned using my ISP that gave me the error but now it is working fine!

They already fix it there is the info of there hofix

I cant even patch the hotfix, when I try I get the "Unable to update patch files" Error
