PS4 preorder items for digital preorders?

I thought I remember seeing that PS4 digital preorders would have no preorder code fuss, that it'd just work. Well, I can log into Heavensward no problem but I don't have the Fantasia or pets or anything in my mailbox from digital collector's or regular preorder.

Are these coming after the true launch, or delayed for early access, or something else? I'd hoped to be an Au'Ra as soon as possible.

Good to know, thanks, I would have expected to get them today.

When I preordered the PC version, it says on the page somewhere that the preorder items will be sent on the official launch day not the Early Access day.
