Nothing showing up for new actions traits and job for dow and dom

Shouldn't there be the new abilities showing up there in the actions and traits but just greyed out like before till you hit the level?

They are showing up for gathering and crafting....

No, because they're all tied to new Job quests.

Just like abilities earned through Job quests, they don't appear until they're unlocked.

And sadly, there are no new traits.
