A friend bought the game from Amazon and couldnt get early access so he is getting a refund.. So I decided I would buy the game for him as I had no problem for mine. I buy the game get the 18 didgit code.. Plug it into the redeem your code website and it says invalid code.. try a few more times invalid code.. so I wait a minute try again and it says code already been redeemed when I havent even picked a platform or even hit submit. Any help? Dev? Player? ANyone? Thanks..
Just tried it again and its saying invalid code again..
I bet you have Steam Verison of the game...check to see if you have Steam Wallet in Mog Station account. If so your code from amazon will not work. I had the same issue. Trying to get refund now from SE store since i had to go purchase another copy on Steam. :o) Also it should be 20 digit code. The 18 Digit code should of sent you to a website...that takes it and gives you back a 20 digit code.
Neither I nor him have steam or the steam version of the game. I checked the product it sent to my email and it send me to the redeem your code website with that code. I plug the code in as it told me and get either "invalid code" or "code has already been used." I tripple checked everything before buying specificaly to avoid buying the wrong thing. It's definitly the right product its the website that has done something odd..
I also ordered from Amazon and was struggling with "Invalid Code" errors. After a while I noticed that there are separate buttons for Heavensward registration (wrong page) and Early Access registration (right page). Could yours be the same problem?
