I was able to input the pre order code ok and such but in mog station it says only a realm reborn is valid (with the circle icon) and nothing for heavensward. I got the order conformation etc... I can log into the game but the exp bar is red with a red circle and line through it and im not getting any exp. please explain how to do this sep but step as im having a tough time of it here.
