Pretty sure you mean Tomestones.
There is a graveyard near Camp Drybone. Maybe there.
Lower tier Tomestones won't even be accessible until you reach lv. 60, and higher tier Tomestones won't be accessible for 4 weeks after the 23rd (iirc). So don't sweat it yet.
